The app lost my subscription

Make sure you have signed into the same App Store account that you used to purchase the subscription.

In Your Face uses RevenueCat to manage subscriptions. In Your Face may not be able to verify your subscription status if

• you are using any connection blocker like Trip Mode or Little Snitch
• you are behind a firewall
• you are using a VPN (e.g. company VPN)
• you are using a proxy server

Any of those can block outgoing connections to ReveneuCat.
